The Bowl Factory – Fresh, Flavorful Bowls & Fast, Friendly Service in Springville, UT

This place has great potential! Loved that there is a drive through. The steak was GREAT. Honestly the best steak I’ve had from a fast food type place. Rice was cooked well, teriyaki sauce is very good also, and the carrots were sweet and a good addition. Broccoli was cooked exactly how I like it. The Mac and cheese is THICK and creamy, and salty/flavorful. Only thing I didn’t like was the taste of the bacon, and chicken was a bit salty but not terrible. The lemon balsamic dressing is really good also. And honestly a decent price overall. Im excited to try the smoothie bowls!

If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. Service is un-matched and the food is delicious. They earned life-time customer by fixing my order swiftly and promptly just now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Worth the time and money for the fresh, high protein food, and excellent customer service.

I’ve been here a few times. I always get the teriyaki bowl. It never disappoints. I love the fresh veggies. The rice is always fluffy! I hope we don’t let this place fail, I’m a big fan.

I think I just found my new favorite place. They have a wide variety on their menu, people here are really nice. Food is excellent, and portions are generous. Everything is so fresh. I can’t wait to go back and try more

Had one of the best gluten free experiences here! I went through the drive thru and asked about gluten free options. The service and level of care I received about making sure every part of my meal was safe for me to eat was unmatched. I got the greek bowl and it was pretty good, definitely a little pricey but the portions are great! They have a few other options for those needing gluten free and I look forward to eating here again!

Very fresh tasting and yummy bowl meals. I've had the Caribbean bowl, Hawaiian haystack, and açai smoothie bowl, and they were all delicious. However, the rice bowls are mostly rice; they need to add like 10% more of the toppings to make it actually worth the price of $10-14 per bowl. My açai bowl was delicious, but they forgot the strawberries and granola which are supposed to automatically come with it (but I was already at home when I realized it and didn't feel like driving back to fix it). I would recommend and come again, though.

10/10—these bowls were amazing. I was looking for a healthier dinner that was still flavorful and filling, and this place delivered. I ordered the teriyaki bowl with a few extra toppings, and we also built our own bowl—everything was fresh and delicious. The service really stood out: the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to recommend their favorites while helping us customize our bowls. Such a great experience overall. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Ok wow!! We found this on a whim and I am IMPRESSED. The bowls were flavorful and delicious, the staff were so kind and helpful, and the owner (I assume?) went above and beyond! We got free dessert bowl and honestly, I’d come back just for that!! For the southwest bowl— do half rice/half sweet potato! The Korean bowl is SO flavorful but a touch spicy, they need like a creamy sauce to offset it. The kids Hawaiian haystack was both nostalgic and actually tasty!! We loved it and will be back!
